A bug fogger is a tool that can help you get rid of bugs. Depending on the type of bug fogger, you can kill bugs in small or large areas. The directions for the fogger indicate you should not be in the same room with the fogger once it is activated -- exit the room or home for at least four hours. Sometimes foggers get clogged, but you can clean it by removing the spray tip. Does this Spark an idea?
Instructions
1. Put gloves on to protect your hands from potentially contacting the chemicals inside the fogger. Remove the spray tip by pulling the spray tip up and away from the fogger.
2. Insert the end of a toothpick into the small opening located under the tip. Twist the toothpick in a circle to scrape under the tip and remove any clogs. Remove the toothpick from under the tip.
3. Insert the other end of the toothpick into the small hole in the front of the spray nozzle tip. Again, twist the toothpick around the small hole to clear any clogs stuck on the nozzle. Remove the toothpick from the nozzle and dispose it in the trash.
4. Walk outside with the fogger in one hand and the tip in the other hand to prevent the fogger from spraying accidentally in the room. Place the spray tip back on the hose coming from the fogger. Press the tip down firmly until one spray comes out of the fogger.
